the player as I am in full trophy modelling mode. This is for the Darts applications that we are doing for a client. I already shown the designs of these trophies in the screen shot Saturday a few weeks ago. I have to keep the poly count very low as this is an application that is designed to run fast on all mobile devices. I have designed the trophies to use the same pieces to make up different variations easily and give a good variety of designs that make them quickly and easily definable when achieved. I have also been making a large array of flags for another mode in the application. We are progressing quite well so far and cannot wait to see how this will do on the app store. Other news! Well that's me for this blog plenty more to do before the Sunday musings. I will fill you in on all the doings then. Have Fun :D Well Well Wellity well. That was some announcement by unity last night. It was no peggle 2 announcement, but still it sent us into a frenzy last night trying to download the newly released unity 5 and boy it is a treat. So many new things and things unlocked from behind that pro pay wall. We have access to new things like bloom and depth of field. Above is the blacksmith demo that was shown. It was... A...MAZ....ING So with a little hands on today with an asset from our game and upcoming sword pack i made this effect. Cannot wait to do more visual stuff in unity now :D But what have i been doing un-Unity fangasm related. I have been concepting more things for the upcoming darts application coming to IOS and Android. The app it self will be faily simple enough but I am currently doing the asset concepts. This includes buttons- menu layouts- icons - the meshes that will represent the main menu and trophies that was our last screenshot Saturday. Everything is flowing nicely and running at a fast pace and things will soon take enough shape to show you guys. I have also been creating the SFX for application and have created clicks for buttons and the sounds of darts hitting dart boards. O yeah might as well say that I got Dragon ball xenoverse and I have to say i am in love with it. It is the DBZ game that i have wanted for a long time that budakai got very close to. Of course there are a few things that I would still like to see in the game as in a full open destructible world but that's pushing it a bit :D But one day ..... one day. |
