So, this week we've been busy white boxing the first few levels of the new game, which comes in handy for testing out the length of levels, testing for bugs (lots of them. Adrians like a bloodhound for bugs, it seems) and then of course importing the models where they need to go (when they're finished of course). With that here's some screenshots from the white boxing build! So for the past few Soundtrack Sundays we've been picking general music that we've been listening to while toiling away, developing the as yet unnamed new game. Well this week, in a unintentional change we've both selected 2 songs from game soundtracks Adrian: Sephiroth Theme - One Winged AngelDan: Starbound - Hymn to the StarsAnother busy week here at Burn Bright Games. First of all, a little bit of news, we've obtained a Google Play development licence. So Star Jump is one step closer to reality Dan is currently coding the mechanics in our as yet unannounced title but Screenshots have been posted including this one yesterday: Adrian has been busy playing Heartstone, occasionally being interupted by dastardly work. He's been modelling some new enemies which you'll see some time in the next few weeks. We'll be announcing the name of our as yet untitled (but secretly titled) game. It's a 2.5D side-scrolling action-adventure mage 'em up. We'll also be releasing Star Jump for free on Google Play in the near future. And with that here are our picks for this weeks Soundtrack Sunday. Dan: Rodriguez - Sugar ManAdrian: Bastion - Setting Sail, Coming Home |
